Return Policy:

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please e-mail us at info@jkwatercraftparts.com – We will determine on an individual basis as to whether the item was damaged in the shipping process or was defective.

There is no warranty for general wear and tear on parts damaged due to improper installation. 

Please be certain when ordering to provide or select the proper parts for year make and model as well as piston size. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items returned to JKWatercraftParts. Buyer pays for return shipping. The items that are subject to this restocking fee are items that are being returned for reasons other than damage, defect or items that were received as a result of an error by JKWatercraftParts.

You have up to 30 days to return the item back to us in the original packaging.

Please pack returns carefully (use the packaging the item(s) came in) and use a trackable method of shipment (example: UPS Ground). Once we get back the items we will credit your account for the full purchase price less them the initial shipping and handling and if applicable the restocking fee.

Please be sure to include a copy of your order receipt.

***Please Read*** How to Package your Return:

1. Include a return note and your invoice.

2. Include shipping bubble wrap or paper.

3. Clean off any oil or grease on the parts!

4. Make sure the original part packaging is in good condition.

5. Include ALL the parts! (make sure tiny parts like clips are there)

6. Don't Tape, Tear or put markings on the piston box! Don't put money or notes in the parts retail packaging!

7. Do NOT use the Piston Box or Top End Rebuild Boxes as SHIPPING boxes!

Out of Stock - Order Policy:

All special order items (items that are not in stock) MUST be prepaid and can not be canceled once we have placed the order for them.

Pricing Policy:

All Arizona orders are subject to 8.1% sales tax. There will be no sales tax charged for orders shipped outside of Arizona. All prices are subject to change and/or products discontinued without notice. All pricing on our web site does not include shipping & handling.

Shipping Policy:

We ship Monday-Friday - WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS.

You must place your order by 10 AM Arizona time for orders to go out same day.

If orders are placed after 10 AM on a Friday it will go out on Monday the next week.

We ship World Wide via USPS.

All domestic US orders are shipped USPS service unless special shipping instructions are requested (i.e.FedEx 2nd Day - Overnight). JKWatercraftParts 2-5 day delivery is an estimate not guaranteed.

Tracking numbers will be put in the following night or day after.

All pricing on our web site does not include shipping & handling which will be added to your order during checkout.

Free Shipping on orders over $50 domestic in the USA.

JKWatercraftParts reserves the right to adjust shipping charges after checkout as needed for international and non-US territories ie AK, PR, HI, GU.
